Texas Indicts Ray Gagnon On Child Porn Charges

Already facing federal charges in Vermont for obstruction of justice and in Alabama for possession of child pornography, Ray Gagnon has now been charged in San Antonio Federal Court for possession and transportation of child pornography.

Gagnon and Michael Jacques were due in court today however that has been postponed at the request of their defense attorneys.
